History
Southland Industrial Supply, Inc. was created in 1986 from the merger of two existing companies.  The company began as a small manufacturer of industrial aprons.  A line of safety products, a line of first aid products and the production of cotton string-knit gloves were subsequently added.  All manufacturing operations have been sold.  The company today has emerged as a reputable distributor of industrial supplies and first aid products.

In 2003, we opened Southland Industrial Supply, Inc. Mid-Atlantic Division in Bridgeville, Delaware to meet the demands of our expanding customer base.

Facilities and Shipping
The company’s office and warehouse are located in Gainesville, GA, off Interstate 985 and Interstate 85 northeast of Atlanta.  The warehouse is strategically located for shipping in the southeast, USA. However, we ship anywhere.  All orders are normally shipped on the same day the order is received either by UPS or Freight Lines.

Our customers include corporate accounts with multiple facilities and processes down to one-person operations.  All types of manufactures use our product lines where employee interaction is involved.  Our products are used to protect both employees and product.  OSHA and/or the USDA require many of our items.
