Minimum order: No minimum order required.

Freight: $250.00 order required for prepaid freight.

Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. A return authorization number is required and may be obtained from your sales representative or a customer service assistant. No returns on any medical products or non-inventory items. A restocking fee may apply.

Broken case: Never a broken case charge.

Special order: Special orders may require full case quantities. Shipping time will be determined by the order.

Drop shipments: Drop shipments will be allowed on all products. Same prepaid freight terms apply.

Shortages & All shortages and damages must be reported within 3 days of

Damages receipt of order.

Charge Card: Master Card and Visa accepted. $50.00 minimum for charge card purchase.

Shipping: Same day shipping on all orders placed before 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time.
There is a minimum$10.00 handling fee.
